Maca

Ashwagandha
An adaptogen herb that helps increase fertility-specifically male fertility. This herb supports women’s fertility through stress reduction and enhanced sleep. Avoid while pregnant. An herb of surrender and trust that helps to calm the storm within and reminds the soul that it is always held, safe, and deeply worthy of receiving.
*1-5g daily in powder form; 2-5ml in tincture form 1-2 times daily; 300mg capsules 2x daily in root form.
Damiana
A mood lifting nervine herb that helps those who are struggling with infertility. Damiana helps relieve depression and anxiety related to pregnancy loss, miscarriage or abortion. This herb works as an aphrodisiac by increasing libido, stronger erections, and getting in the mood to make love. Avoid during pregnancy. Echinacea
This herb supports the immune system and can be taken safely throughout pregnancy to protect against cold and flu. You can take at first sign of cold, such as runny nose or sore throat. Fennel
A digestive aid that is used for an array of digestive issues such as bloating, stomach pain, or gas. Fennel also reduces constipation which then aids in preventing hemorrhoids. An ancient purifier of the body and spirit, clearing stagnant energy, inviting clarity, and fostering a deep trust in your inner knowing.
*Throw fennel into your fave dishes or enjoy 1-2g daily in a tea infusion.
Lemon Balm
A calming and uplifting nervine herb that is fantastic for reducing pregnancy blues, irritability, and overall low mood. This herb offers antiviral properties for those who suffer from herpes that can often flare up during pregnancy. A soothing ally during birth, calming the heart and quieting fear, while guiding the body into a state of deep surrender and inner peace.
*Can be used externally as a body oil or herbal bath soak. 1-2tsp dried herb per 1 cup water as a delicious tea infusion.
Milky Oats
A nervine tonic that helps support a mom’s nervous system through reducing overall stress load and promoting deep nourishment. Milky oats are not only super tasty but tremendously grounding and heart centering. A steady and nurturing ally, that roots and restores the body and spirit while building inner strength and resilience throughout this journey.

Oat Straw
A nutritive dense herb that provides an excellent source of magnesium, calcium, vitamin E&B, iron, zinc, selenium, choline, and phosphatidylcholine. Red Raspberry Leaf
This herb helps the body prepare for labor through working as a uterine tonic to tone the uterus while also preventing postpartum hemorrhage through supporting the delivery of the placenta. She strengthens the womb space, grounds the body, and prepares you to open with power, surrender, and deep knowing.
*2 tsp per 1 cup water as an herbal tea or tincture for the uterine tonic effect, 5ml up to 3x daily.
Chamomile
A nervine and digestive herb that helps to calm and soothe. Chamomile acts as an antispasmodic and pain reliever during birth. Chamomile provides relaxing properties that can help labor progress and can also be super calming in the moments after birth. Postpartum
Comfrey
A wonderful wound healing herb used externally as an oil or salve. When blended with calendula, this herb is used post-birth for perineal recovery from tears or c-section incisions as well as pregnancy related hemorrhoids. An herb of deep healing and return- knits together what has been torn or stretched, holding the body in a period of sacred restoration.
Holy Basil (Tulsi)
An adaptogen, mood balancer and digestive herb that helps bring hormones back into balance and calms the nervous system. This herb can help mommas who are experiencing PP blues such as mood swings, anxiety, and low mood. *1 tbsp per 1 cup water or 1-5ml of tincture daily; can also replace regular basil in certain recipes.
Passionflower
